Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death." Romans 8:1-2
I had the word "Freedom" in my spirit one Sunday and asked Holy Spirit to show me what freedom looks like so that I could paint it. He showed me a bird flying free from a cage. Through his death and sacrifice, Christ set us free from bondage to sin and the grip that the enemy had on our lives. The roots of sin and oppression can go deep, like a tree's roots. Bt the scripture says the Spirit of Life has set us free through Jesus!
I believe this painting has an anointing to release FREEDOM.
